These commercial warranty terms apply to purchases made on or after November 3, 2026. They do not change purchases made before that date, and they do not remove legal rights that apply to you. Publishing this page does not record that you accepted it.

• Used alternators, compressors, and starters: a limited commercial warranty of 15 days from the sale date.
• Other used electrical or electronic parts: no additional commercial warranty. Legal rights that apply to you remain.
• Engines and transmissions: any commercial coverage must be stated on the product before you buy it. This page does not set a number of days for those parts, and it does not declare them to be without warranty. That coverage is still to be set before those parts are offered for sale.

Shipping and return costs

The customer pays the initial shipping and the return shipping. OnlyCarsParts does not offer voluntary coverage of these costs. This condition applies to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude applicable legal obligations.

You may still ask us to review a wrong part or a defect. This condition is not a ban on that request.

Restocking fee and refund

If you return a part because of a customer error or a change of mind, OnlyCarsParts may keep a 30% restocking fee. We do not apply that fee when the return is caused by an error of OnlyCarsParts or by a confirmed defect.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. See shipping and returns. After we approve a refund, we process it within 10 business days. Those 10 business days are not the deadline to request the return.
